Our Offerings
Meta-aramid textiles are critical in filtration due to their unique combination of high thermal stability, chemical resistance, and electrical insulation properties. Unlike standard polymers, meta-aramids do not melt or drip instead, they carbonize and thicken when exposed to intense heat, providing a robust barrier. Beyond air filtration, meta-aramid fabrics are used to filter mineral slurries in mining and refine edible oils in food processing, where they withstand high temperature bleaching or deodorization. Polyester is chosen for roughly 75% of industrial filter applications because it offers the best balance of mechanical strength, chemical resistance, and cost-efficiency. It does not stretch or lose strength when wet, making it the superior choice for any filtration process involving water or high humidity, provided the temperature remains moderate.
